1. Scope of Services

We provide a broad range of astrology and numerology-based services, including:
Call Consultations (Audio/Video)
Vedic Kundli & Horoscope Reports
Personalized Reports (Destiny, Career, Health, Remedies)
Couple Kundli Matching
Dosh and Remedy Guides
Baby Name Numerology Reports
Our services are designed to offer astrological insight, life guidance, and personalized solutions.  



2. Appointment Booking & Confirmation
• All consultations and professional reports must be booked in advance online.
• After booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details.
Time slots are subject to availability and once confirmed cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.  



3. Payments
Payment is required in full at the time of booking for all services.
• Accepted payment methods may include online bank transfer, UPI, or other digital payments - as provided on the booking page.
• No service will be provided without receipt of confirmed payment.  



4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• All astrology consultations and reports are non-refundable once payment is processed and the service is scheduled or delivered.
• Cancellation requests must still follow the refund policy and are generally not eligible for refunds, due to the personalized nature of astrology services and reservation of time slots.
• If there is an internal scheduling conflict, we will offer an alternate consultation slot.  



5. Report Delivery
Report services (like Destiny Kundli, Personalized Remedy etc.) are typically delivered by email or downloadable link within a set timeframe (usually within a few business days; timelines vary by service).
• Some reports may include explanations in multiple languages.  



6. Accuracy & Expectations
• Astrology is based on Vedic principles, planetary positioning, and numerology and offers insights, not absolute certainties.
• We strive for correctness, but outcomes may vary with individual interpretation and life events.
• Our guidance is intended as supportive advice and spiritual insight, not legal or medical direction.  



7. Confidentiality
• All submitted birth details, personal data, and communication remain confidential.
• We do not share client information without explicit permission.



8. Support Access
• Customer support is available through your contact details provided at booking including email or WhatsApp contact.
• Support includes clarification and minor follow-ups (e.g., report explanation) but not additional full consultations unless booked separately.
